I'm a full time student at the Department of Information and Media Studies in Aarhus, Denmark. I work on the side as an IT consultant at a company delivering digital solutions. Apart from that I'm a father and an photographer.

Photography - my opinion

I see photography a technologically mediated way of capturing moments in time. That's just a weird way of saying that I'm loose as what to call photography. I shrug at the ongoing debate about whether to do it all in camera or leave it to post production. In my opinion people should start notice that they manipulate their pictures from the day the camera is bought. You manipulate when you zoom in to leave things out of the frame, or when you lie down flat to get that special viewpoint. Photography in other words is not about representing reality, but about creating stuff you can look at. People have different ways of creating, which is a good ting by the way.

My own personal favorite categories are landscapes and travel documentary!
